Life hacks for moving to Mexico

Anybody else out there familiar with Sidney Raz? I’m a huge fan of this social media star, master of life hacks. It’s not just about the useful tips he shares with viewers. It’s his highly entertaining delivery style that adds to his experimentation on ways to handle day-to-day tasks and solve life’s little annoyances, like how to clean the microwave or unstick fingers fused with superglue. 

pg12aThere is no way to reproduce the Raz cache in spelling out hacks with the written word, but this is my version of “Here’s some things I wish I knew before moving to Mexico.”

Start with the country’s most basic foodstuff: tortillas. The first thing to know is that you cannot compare tortillas made the traditional way from the corn and lime mineral concoction called nixtamal with lower-quality ones made from Maseca-brand processed corn flour.
