It’s like being shackled with only Donald Trump to listen to (which is not a metaphor given the all-day news of his derangements). Now I understand why animals chew their limbs off to escape a trap.

Lockdowns are nothing new really. They started with Facebook, which required everyone to stay put, and which was essentially the benign descendant of the first quarantine from the first plague strike 1,000 years ago. (First installed by the Venetians who required sailors entering port to remain on ship for 40 days –  a “quarantina.”  Get it?)

So what does one do, with all this time alone?
