How not to celebrate the Fiesta de los Reyes Magos

I recently read a story stating that the small town of Cajititlán, located 16 kilometers north of Lake Chapala, should be renamed “Ciudad Mural,” or the City of Murals.

The article said Tlajomulco city hall had set aside money to finance the painting of murals on the walls of local houses by 26 talented artists. Many of these murals are finished, it added, and are relevant to the lives and interests of the local people: their fiestas, legends and local heroes.

“Let’s go visit Mural City tomorrow!” I suggested to my neighbor Josh Wolf, who signed up on the spot.
