Local historian Michael Hogan gives Democrats Abroad Guadalajara a dose of Mexican- American history at the group’s annual meeting, June 23.
The talk was based on Hogan’s book, “Abraham Lincoln and Mexico.” Hogan explained that, as in Lincoln’s time, people of goodwill can make important contributions even in unfavorable circumstances. The meeting was attended by about 30 people.
