Although there are various Christmas markets dotted around the Guadalajara metropolitan area – the Refugio market on Avenida Federalismo being the largest – some shoppers may prefer to search for seasonal decorative items and other yuletide merchandise in more tranquil surroundings.
One option for them might be the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce (Avenida Vallarta 4095, corner of Niño Obrero), which is hosting a Christmas bazaar in its large main patio on Monday, December 9 and Tuesday, December 10. Expect vendors to have a variety of seasonal items for sale at a variety of prices.
