Ajijic’s annual Raices Gastronomicas food festival will be held Sunday, December 18, 3 p.m. on the town’s central plaza.
The enticing display will feature a huge array of traditional cuisine prepared by local people, including dishes linked to local festivities, as well as pre-Hispanic, mestizo and modern-day recipes. Everything in the show will be available for carry out sales, with typical pottery containers included in the price.
