The Naked Stage Readers Theatre presented its first show in September 2009 and its final one (for the time being) will be “The Gin Game,” September 28-30.
Nine years of producing one play a month has been an exciting but tiring experience and the group is taking a break after this September’s production. The Naked Stage at LLT will be back in the fall of 2019 in the splendidly renovated auditorium at Lakeside Little Theatre.
The many producers, directors and actors thank the ever expanding audience that led to sold out shows, for all the support over these years. All the profits have been donated to the Chapala Cruz Roja, averaging about 80,000 pesos a year.
This final show is dedicated to raising funds for Mac Morison, who still needs to pay his hospital bills.
