Lake Chapala Baptist
Pastor John Linton says “We met last Sunday on April 5, but will not meet as instructed by the government this Easter weekend. We hope things will change in our area and the rest of Mexico rapidly. We have remained vigilant and careful in our meetings. We yearn to be obedient to God, but are instructed to obey the authorities and to pray for them and so we will await further instruction from the government. We will also be posting Easter and other devotions until we reopen.” Recent sermons can be found at the following link: youtube.com/channel/UCV6Quu3BjBf740MZ-eNS97A

Abundant Life Church
Jesus is alive. While the world had their eyes on one thing, Jesus changed everything. Jesus told his disciples, “Very truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.” (John 16:20) The world thought it was the end. Some thought that Jesus was dead and mourned while others thought it was cause of celebration but Jesus tells us the end has yet to be seen. This Easter Sunday, we celebrate the fact that Jesus is still the one with the last word. He is the first and the last. Since we can´t meet in person please tune into our live stream service, which on our Facebook page as well as our YouTube channel. Sunday service broadcast will begin at 10 a.m. for English abundantlifechapala.com and 11:30 a.m. for Spanish at www.vidaabundatechapala.com.
Lakeside Community
Fellowship
“When God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he guaranteed it with an oath, so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us. We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf ... (Hebrews 6:17-20)
These words from Hebrews contain several things to lift your spirit and encourage you during these challenging times: God has promised believers that they will inherit eternal life; God keeps His promises; That fact encourages us to hold fast to our hope in Christ; Jesus has prepared a place for us and is awaiting our arrival.
Join us Sunday morning at www.lakesidecommunityfellowship.com (Sermons) for an uplifting Easter message.
