Enjoy great local music talent in an enchanting outdoor setting while supporting the Chapala Red Cross (CRC), when the Lake Chapala Society’s popular Concerts in the Park series continues with a special event set for Wednesday, June 9, 4 to 7 p.m.
The concert will feature sets of soul-stirring Mexican tunes performed alternately by the Linaje Bohemio trio from San Juan Cosalá and masterful Ajijic vocalist Lupita Jiménez.
The purpose of the event is to raise funds for improvements at the CRC clinic, starting with the expansion of the medical services area.
The price of admission is a minimum contribution of 500 pesos to the Buy Building Bricks fund. Kick in at least double that amount to have your name appear in the donors plaque that will be displayed once the project is completed.
All guests will be treated to tasty finger foods along with the excellent entertainment.
