Lakeside Presbyterian

Since the pandemic lockdown began, Lakeside Presbyterian has had no opportunity to grow for over a year. Now that we’re holding services again, we’ve seen the impact.

This Sunday, July 18, Pastor Carolyn Hansen explores this situation in her sermon “How to Build a Church.” She includes insights from Philippians 2:1-11; in his letter to the Philippians, Paul gives us practical ways for individual Christians to help build a church. In fact, his instructions are valuable for keeping any relationship strong.

LPC offers communion every Sunday.

Coffee and light refreshments are back, immediately after 9:30 a.m. Sunday service.

LPC’s outreach program continues, despensas are distributed weekly to Lakeside families in need. Children’s education is once again in full swing. Additionally, the church is available for small group meetings and bible study. Please schedule through the LPC office.

If you’re not yet comfortable attending in person, join us online for live streaming via Facebook. The service will also be available on our website Sunday afternoon.

You have family at Lakeside: please join us Sunday, July 18, at 9:30am.

Abundant Life Church

How solid is your faith? Some think that faith is subjective and that each one may have a more solid stance than another. While some find it easier to believe than others, our faith is based on historical truth.  God wants us to be sure of what He has said and done. Come Sunday, July 18, as we learn how solid our faith is and that Jesus is exactly who he claims to be. The research is in… Jesus is the Son of God!

English Sunday service is at 10 a.m., also at abundantlifechapala.com. Bible study is Wednesdays at 3 p.m. in English. Carretera Chapala-Joco 140 in San Antonio Tlayacapan, a block from Super Lake market.
