The Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is now offering in-person services at the fellowship hall located on the carretera at Hidalgo 261, Riberas del Pilar.
All COVID-19 protocols are being followed and masks are required. Services begin 10:30 a.m. at the fellowship and by Zoom. Instructions for accessing the online service are available at lakechapalauu.org.
Eric Magers, the son of Dee Dee Camhi, has founded two organizations. Seaside Sustainability is a non-profit located in Gloucester, Massachusetts, dedicated to cleaning up the oceans. The National Stem Honor Society is a national honor society for students from kindergarten through university who have demonstrated significant interest in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and math). This Sunday, July 18, this mother-son team will focus on sustainability—what it is, what it is not, and how to live it in our lives.
St. Andrew’s Anglican
On the seventh Sunday after Pentecost, July 18, St. Andrews is open for worship. All Covid-19 protocols are followed and masks must be worn. Brother James Twyman will preach and The Reverend Robbin Moore will celebrate Holy Communion.

St. Andrew’s feeding program is collecting non-perishable food items to donate to Operation Feed.

Lakeside Presbyterian
Since the pandemic lockdown began, Lakeside Presbyterian has had no opportunity to grow for over a year. Now that we’re holding services again, we’ve seen the impact.
This Sunday, July 18, Pastor Carolyn Hansen explores this situation in her sermon “How to Build a Church.” She includes insights from Philippians 2:1-11; in his letter to the Philippians, Paul gives us practical ways for individual Christians to help build a church. In fact, his instructions are valuable for keeping any relationship strong.
LPC offers communion every Sunday.
Coffee and light refreshments are back, immediately after 9:30 a.m. Sunday service.
LPC’s outreach program continues, despensas are distributed weekly to Lakeside families in need. Children’s education is once again in full swing. Additionally, the church is available for small group meetings and bible study. Please schedule through the LPC office.

Little Chapel by the Lake
A Praise, prayer and healing service will be held at the Chapel Saturday, July 17, 5 p.m.

Christ Church Lakeside
Christ Church Lakeside, a parish of the Diocese of the West in the Anglican Church of Mexico, will observe the eighth Sunday after Pentecost, July 18, by celebrating a Holy Eucharist service, in person and via Zoom, 10:30 a.m. at Christ Church Lakeside’s new location, two doors east of, and on the same side as the La Huerta Eventos Center.
