Chapala’s Los Güeros Motorcycle Club and American Legion Post 7 are co-sponsors of this year’s Christmas Toy Run, which will distribute gifts to children ages 10 to 14 at the Poco a Poco Community Center in San Pedro Itzicán on December 20.
Those wishing to support this holiday project for underprivileged children are encouraged to contribute. Suggested donations include educational or sports-themed gifts. Please avoid toy weapons or items that require batteries. Cash donations of 200 pesos per gift are also welcome.
Toys and cash may be dropped off at Post 7, the Iron Horse in Riberas del Pilar, or Smokehouse west of Ajijic by Wednesday, December 17.
