Common Ground Fellowship Little Chapel by the Lake will hold a fundraising bazaar on Wednesday and Thursday, January 28 and 29. Proceeds from the sale of the items will provide food for literally thousands of meals for the poorer families in various communities along the north shore of Lake Chapala.
Says Belva Velazquez, “We inherited an entire collection of kitchen items from an estate recently that the church does not need, including some nice small electrics. As well, we will have clothing, sundries, and even some pet items. There will be many great finds in exchange for monetary donations. It’s a win-win for everyone. Customers will go home with gently used items that are new to them, and families in our communities will benefit.”
The bazaar will be held at the church located at Careterra Chapala-Ajijic 10 in Chula Vista between the San Antonio hospital and Mirasol. The hours of operation on both days will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
