INM officials hand out permits to Lakeside expats

Officials from the Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM) visited the Lake Chapala Society on Friday, July 25 to deliver immigration credentials to 21 foreigners who have recently qualified for temporary and permanent residency in Mexico.

Chapala Rotary Club pushing forward with community projects

Rotary International expanded into Chapala when District 4150 approved Club 86070, the Sunrise Rotary Club of Chapala, on June 30. The new group’s 32 charter members (which includes 15 former Rotarians) join the global association of 33,000 clubs in more than 200 countries.

Lake Chapala Society launches new programs
