Your pet when you’re gone

Juanita Crampton will give a seminar at the Lake Chapala Society on Post Life Planning for Pets, Wednesday, July 6, 10 a.m. to noon. Sign up the LCS office or on the LCS website.

The class is designed to offer detailed information regarding how to create a plan for pets when the owner is no longer able to care for them because of death or disability. The class will provide examples of plans, discuss community resources available, explore the challenges of creating a plan, and assist in the actual creation of individual plans. Crampton had a career in social services, helping to identify community resources for low income and developmentally disabled adults. She has been a business owner and product developer in food and beverage markets. A lifetime animal lover, she has rescued animals with the Humane Society, Greyhounds for Pets, and from the streets of Mexico.
