Guadalajara’s first vegan pizzeria has opened in Colonia La Calma in the western section of the metropolitan area.
As well as nine varieties of pizza, the small eatery offers a full range of vegan entradas, including soya “requeson” (green, red and white), onion rings, baked potato, cauliflower balls and more. Pastas and salads, as well as vegan “hot dogs” and “hamburgers,” are available.
