Basketball fans in Guadalajara are eagerly anticipating the start of the 2025 CIBACOPA (Pacific Coast Circuit) season, where the Astros de Jalisco will be aiming for their third title, having won in 2022 and 2023.
The ten-team league kicks off on March 7, with the Astros opening their campaign on the road against the Venados de Mazatlán.
The team’s home games at Astros Stadium begin with a two-game series against the Halcones de Ciudad Obregón on Saturday, March 15 (6:15 p.m.) and Sunday, March 16 (5:15 p.m.). The high-level games feature players from around the globe, including former NBA players and up-and-coming talent eager to impress NBA scouts.
Following their home season openers, the Astros will face the Frayles de Guasave in a two-game series on Tuesday, March 18 and Wednesday, March 19 (both at 8:15 p.m.). For the full season schedule, visit CIBACOPA’s website.
