The state government has eased restrictions on several activities that have been on lockdown for the past nine months.
These include tourist bus tours, such as the Tapatio Tour in the Guadalajara city center, and the popular calandria (horse-drawn carriage) rides. All sports clubs may now operate without restrictions. However, indoor party salons, night clubs and bars without restaurant licenses still do not have the green light to reopen.
