Chapala Mayor Javier Degollado recently welcomed a group of businessmen representing the China Railway Construction Company who are keen on investing in a multi-million dollar magnetic commuter train line linking Chapala and Tonala.
The entrepreneurs left city hall with copies of a pocket-size guide book to the area and high hopes for promptly closing a deal with state and municipal authorities.
