The corpse of a presumed homicide victim was discovered in the early hours of Monday, June 29, on an isolated dirt road in the vicinity of the Boca Laguna waterskiing club on the outskirts of Santa Cruz de la Soledad.
The unidentified male estimated to be 30 to 35 years of age showed signs of a severe beating with a blunt object. The body was transferred to the facilities of Jalisco’s Forensic Medical Services for autopsy while the investigation into the case is being handled by state prosecutors.
