Chapala aims to ease traffic woes

Chapala traffic police and personnel from a private company were dispatched last weekend to repair defective stop lights at various intersections that are prone to traffic congestion.

In addition to replacing dead light fixtures, the work crews also made adjustments to synchronize the stoplights on the busy stretch of highway between San Antonio Tlayacapan and Ajijic, in order to ease traffic flow.
