After Jalisco’s health ministry started offering Covid-19 vaccines for adolescents in the Guadalajara metro area last week, the campaign has been extended to outlying communities as of Monday, May 9.
Teens age 12 to 17 without preexisting health conditions are now eligible to get the Pfizer BioNTech jabs at the Chapala’s Centro de Salud, Flavio Romero de Velazco 408, and the Hospital Comunitario de Jocotepec, weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.Various documents are required; prior appointments are not.
