The new stamped concrete surface at the intersection of Chapala’s Avenidas Madero and Hidalgo was completed and reopened to traffic almost on schedule Sunday, November 13.
Regular bus transportation routes were not reestablished until Wednesday. City Hall officials have suggested that the segment of Madero between López Castillo and the waterfront may be accessible to vehicles as soon as this weekend.
