Wine tasting toasts poco a poco

Emmanuel’s Cantina was the setting for the wine tasting and dinner held on February 27 as a benefit for the Poco a Poco San Pedro community support projects.

A group of 50 guests sampled six different white and red Mexican wines, guided by Bill Dejardin, whose expertise derives from many years in the wine industry in the U.S. state of Oregon.

Laura Ricaud and Alejandro Mañon hosted and arranged the lasagna and dessert menu provided by chef Emmanuel Campoy. Proceeds from the wine lovers happening totaled 22,360 pesos.
