Picnic theme a hit

What a fun picnic cooking event the Lakeside Cooking Club (LCC) had July 17. Members worked in small groups to cook and present their individual picnic dishes: deviled egg board, spinach-artichoke-zucchini bites, pulled pork sliders, tabbouleh salad, southern bacon potato salad, whipped cream cole slaw, and lemon blueberry bars. Everyone agreed it was a top-notch picnic meal.

LCC’s August competition event is themed Mediterranean, and members may choose a savory or sweet dish from any culture/country that borders on the Mediterranean sea.
