Construction of Ajijic’s new municipal cemetery is finally underway following a groundbreaking ceremony held on Thursday, June 12.
Chapala Mayor Alejandro Aguirre presided over the event, placing the project’s cornerstone. He was joined by local city councilors, government officials and Reverend Sergio Ramos Márquez, who blessed the grounds with Holy Water.
