Agents from the Jalisco Deputy Attorney General’s Office for Missing Persons rescued two men who had been illegally deprived of their freedom during an operation at a rehabilitation center in Chapala on Monday, August 4.
The operation followed an investigation into a missing person reported on July 7, after his vehicle was found abandoned with the keys in the ignition. During the operation, authorities also discovered a second man who had been reported as a victim of abduction on July 19.
