To facilitate and streamline communication with citizens, the Ajijic Delegación office has launched a new information exchange channel through the WhatsApp Business app.
Going live as of February 24, this popular tool enables residents to message Ajijic administrative staff directly to register reports about public services, request information on government procedures, or clarify doubts on relevant matters.
According to town administrator Jesús Escamilla Ramos, the initiative is part of a strategy to modernize communication methods and strengthen ties between local government and the community.
He notes that when filing reports about public service deficiencies, it is important to clearly describe the situation, specify the exact location and, if possible, attach images to support the complaint.
Individuals making reports should include their names to allow for timely and personal follow-up.
