The former archbishop of Guadalajara, Cardinal Juan Sandoval, believes Pope Francis 1 may make a detour to Mexico after he visits Rio de Janeiro in July to mark World Youth Day.
During the trip, Francis 1 is expected to visit Argentina, his homeland, but Sandoval said this week that Mexico may also be put on the itinerary.
