Will families of murdered US citizens finally get justice?

Should Caro Quintero be extradited to the United States, authorities there may try to bring charges against him for the abduction, torture and murder of U.S. citizens John Clay Walker and Albert Radelat, who disappeared in January 1985 in Guadalajara.

It is believed the pair accidentally walked into one of Caro Quintero’s private parties in a seafood restaurant, and were mistaken for undercover U.S. narcotics agents.  Their bodies were found six months later buried on an empty lot in Zapopan. According to the Associated Press, Walker was a Marine who was twice wounded by land mines in Vietnam and then worked as a journalist before taking his family to Mexico so he could write a book in a place where his pension could stretch further. He and his wife were befriended by Radelat, a dentist looking at taking classes at a Guadalajara university.
