Popeyes is set for a nationwide expansion in Mexico, with plans to open over 300 locations by 2035 following new agreements with franchise partners.
The U.S. chain, which debuted earlier this year in the Laguna Mall in Ajijic, sells Louisiana-style fried chicken, tenders and chicken sandwiches, along with sides like biscuits, coleslaw and mashed potatoes.
