The 330-meter Norwegian Bliss, carrying more than 4,300 passengers, ended the series of cancellations by cruise lines in the wake of the violent incidents that followed the February 22 military operation to detain drug kingpin, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, “El Mencho.”
