Friday, April 16, saw the start of Covid vaccinations for people over 60 living in indigenous communities located in the northern region of Jalisco, specifically in the municipality of Mezquitic.
Vaccination brigades have pledged to visit at least 16 remote mountainous communities through April 30, when the program is scheduled to conclude.
