The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the mayors of the municipalities of the Guadalajara metropolitan area:
El Salto, Guadalajara, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Tonalá and Zapopan, as well as Puerto Vallarta, have signed a letter of intent with the aim of establishing commitments and collaborative ties aimed at building a municipal security and civic justice strategy.
