Governor drops face mask mandate

Tuesday, May 10, Jalisco Governor Enrique Alfaro lifted the mandatory face mask regulation for public spaces in the state, with the exception of public transport (including taxis), and in hospitals and all other health facilities.

Covid Mother’s Day concerns

The Jalisco state government has postponed the next meeting of its health board, when relaxations of Covid regulations are expected to be announced, until May 20, ten days  after Mother’s Day festivities.
