Between 11 and 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, a young boy who was riding his bicycle west along on the frontage road across from central Ajijic’s Pemex station was struck by a vehicle heading in the opposite direction.

The Angel Caring Tree is a longstanding Christmas tradition at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church. In previous years, parishioners purchased gifts from a “wish list” for children that the Outreach Committee delivered to recipients on Three Kings Day or Epiphany Sunday.
