Choirs from seven countries are booked to appear in the third Festival Internacional de Coros Jalisco Canta (International Choral Festival) from April 21 to 28. Two of the performances this year will take place at the Gonzalez Gallo Cultural Center in Chapala (old train station).
The opening gala concert to the festival features seven choirs: Ars Voca Venezuela; Camera Coral. Puerto Rico; Bocapelo, Ecuador; Acapella Ensamble, Mexico; Sine nomine, Cuba; Vocal Sin Tempo, Colombia and Voz en Punto, Mexico. The show is scheduled for the Teatro Degollado on Saturday, April 21, 8 p.m.
