World got you down? News driving you crazy? The BRAVO! Theatre offers the perfect antidote with its November production of “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.”
Leave the adult world behind and immerse yourself in the lives of everyone’s favorite kids and the world’s most wonderful beagle! Based on the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Shultz, Lucy, Linus, Sally, Schroeder, Snoopy and “the man” himself, Charlie Brown, will take you on a musical romp through the joys, trials, and tribulations of siblings, school, baseball, and SUPPERTIME! It’s about kids … but then again, not really.
The cast of Mark Donaldson, David Ellison, Becky Klassen, Dan Klassen, Jayme Littlejohn and Rick Napier lead the hijinks under the direction of Suki O’Brien and musical direction of Timothy G. Ruff Welch. Book, music and lyrics are by Clark Gesner, with additional dialog by Michael Mayer, and additional music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa.
Shows run two weekends, November 15 to 17 and November 22 to 24, Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays at 4 p.m. Tickets are 400 pesos.
