LLT Auditions
Little Theatre (LLT) will hold auditions for the final play of its 61st season, “The Woman in Black,” on January 8 and 9. The play has a cast of three: two men and one woman.
“The Woman in Black,” originally a gothic horror novel written by Susan Hill, was adapted for the stage by Stephen Mallatratt and premiered in 1987.
A middle-aged lawyer hires an actor to help him recount a traumatic event from his youth to exorcise his ghosts. He’d visited the isolated Eel Marsh House to settle a client’s affairs, where he encountered a vengeful specter, leading to a devastating accident.
The play will be staged from April 3 to 9.
Auditions for this production are scheduled at the theater on Thursday and Friday, January 8 and 9, at 10 a.m., with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m.
