Sacred music
The Metropolitan Cathedral Children’s School Choir, under the direction of Aurelio Martinez Corona, presents a concert at the Auditorio de la Ribera on Saturday, August 8, 7 p.m.
Cultural Center
A delightful array of cultural activities will take over the Ajijic Casa de Cultura on Saturday, August 1, 3-5 p.m. as local kids conclude a week-long series of art, music, written word, dance, language experiences. One of the special events during the culmination of the week-long camp will be the opportunity for the children to watch as Efren Gonzalez, the center’s director, creates a painting during the two-hour span.
Folk Dance Double-header
The Ballet Folclórico Ozomatli from Reynosa, Tamaulipas and Guadalajara’s Ballet Tierra y Libertad will take the stage at the Auditorio de la Ribera, La Floresta, Wednesday, July 29, 6:30 p.m.

LLT Documentary
Don’t miss out. Ticket sales are hot as patrons look set to stream to the Lakeside Little Theatre to see “The Wrecking Crew,” a documentary featuring the story of the dynamite musicians who played behind the favorite stars of the 1960s and 70s.
