A Medieval Festival sponsored by Zapopan city hall offers fun for all ages Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 in the Parque del Centinela to the north of the metropolitan area.
A series of family-oriented events includes medieval dancing shows on both days at noon, 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.; Medieval “Adventure” displays at 1, 2 and 3 p.m.; “Soft Combat” at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.; a Nordic “peace” program by the group El Allthing at 1:30 p.m. and circus shows by Arleking and Los Mil Viajes at 3 and 5 p.m.
Music, workshops and other activities are also planned. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and enjoy the fun amid the woodland.
