More than 85 artists will present their crafts at the 15th Annual Feria Maestros del Arte Friday and Saturday, November 11 and 12, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 13, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the open-air environment of the Chapala Yacht Club located at the corner of Paseo Ramon Corona and Avenidea Gonzalez Gallo.
Come meet the artisans in person and help preserve and promote Mexican folk art traditions. The feria is a colorful Mexican fiesta-like atmosphere with entertainment and food. Admission is 50 pesos.
Entertainment begins Friday with Mariachi Nuevo San Juan greeting early attendees from 10 a.m. A fashion show begins 11:30 a.m. and a salsa tasting at 2:30 p.m. On Saturday, Ensamble Latino takes the stage at 10 a.m., Mariachi Femenil Mujer Latina at 12:45 p.m. and the salsa tasting continues 2:30 p.m. On Sunday, a fashion show strolls the feria at 11:30 am. And at 1 p.m. Grupo Lirio (Voces de Chapala) will serenade the crowd.
