Members of the Lake Chapala Jewish Congregation and special guests joined in a joyful street parade through Riberas del Pilar held Tuesday, October 22 to celebrate the arrival of a new Torah gifted by a synagogue in Cumberland, Maryland.
The precious scroll was carried beneath a traditional chuppah marriage canopy.
