It’s not uncommon to see dogs prowling rooftops in Mexico, often dispatched there by ignorant pet owners to bake in the excruciating heat. What’s not so common is to fimd an adult jaguar  staring down from the roof of a house.  

Here’s an upbeat story about Mexico that’s unlikely to find its way on to the pages of any north-of-the-border periodical.
