Guadalajara’s new Charros de Jalisco professional baseball franchise kept a date with Jalisco Governor Aristoteles Sandoval on Wednesday prior their opening game of the Liga Mexicana del Pacifico (LMP) 2014-15 season.

The first pitch of the season will be tossed at the Panamerican Athletics Stadium on Friday, October 10, 7 p.m., when the Charros take on the Mexicali Aguilas.

Home games continue October 14, 15, 16, all at 7 p.m., against the Hermosillo Naranjeros. Tickets run from 25 pesos to 600 pesos (for VIP seats).
