More top-class tennis can be seen at Guadalajara’s Centro Panamericano de Tenis next weekend as Mexico takes on Paraguay in an important Davis Cup tie.

The American Zone Group II tie runs from Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9.  The best-of-five series features singles matches on Friday and Sunday, interspersed with the doubles match on Saturday.

Santiago González, who won the doubles competition in last week’s Jalisco Open, has asked Tapatios to turn out in numbers to support the team in this make-or-break tie for Mexico. 

The loosing team will be relegated to American Zone Group III, while the winners remain in Group II.
