The Astros de Jalisco are looking more and more like the team to beat as the Pacific Coast Basketball Circuit (CIBACOPA) playoffs heat up.

Playing in their first season in the league, the Astros have swept effortlessly into the semi finals after being almost unbeatable in the regular season. 

The main reason for the Astros’ success is their fearsome offense, led by U.S. stars Jordan Loveridge and Lagerald Vick. The duo combined for a total of 166 points as they blanked the Caballeros de Culiacán 4-0 in their quarterfinal series.

As of press time, the Astros were still to learn the identity of their rival in the semi final. 

What is known is that the Astros will play their first two semi-final games in their home stadium, the Polideportivo Avila Camacho in Guadalajara, on Monday, June 20, 8 p.m. and Tuesday, June 21, 8 p.m.  Tickets can be purchased online at https://boletomovil.com/astros-jalisco.
