Cranes move into position the first of 358 steel beams that will form the base of the overground section of Guadalajara’s third Tren Ligero (subway) line. Each beam is 40 meters in length, weighs 98 tons and will need 500 liters of paint.
The task of placing the beams requires the services of 200 solderers, 60 painters and 25 engineers.
