An exchange program – part of the Obama-era “100,000 Strong in the Americas” initiative – between universities in the Unites States and Mexico is officially underway.
The U.S. Consulate General last week welcomed students from the University of Central Arkansas to the city, where they will be studying at the ITESO, the Jesuit university. Meanwhile, a group of ITESO students have been received in Arkansas.
