Although various private “pub crawls” are available to tourists, Guadalajara City Hall offers a free tour of a few of downtown’s most memorable cantinas, accompanied by a mariachi band, on the last Thursday of each month.
Meet at 5:30 p.m. in front of the tourist service module, across from the Presidencia. Consumption of beverages and food, obviously, is not included.
