The Chapala government has taken the initiative to promote basic rules of the road for canine masters who exercise their pets in public spaces.
The stenciled messages painted along local boardwalks, plazas and the sidewalks of some major thoroughfares remind handlers to keep their pups on leashes and take responsibility for collecting and disposing of feces dropped along the way.
